Co-Founder / Lifestyle & Wellness Coach
Beatriz Paul, RN
Beatriz founded Willow Wellness + Aesthetics as a natural extension of her passion for nursing and wellness. She earned her Associates Degree in Nursing and has spent nearly six years working in diverse clinical settings, where she developed a strong foundation in patient-centered care.
Drawn to a more holistic approach to health, Beatriz transitioned into aesthetic and wellness medicine, blending clinical expertise with a personalized, thoughtful philosophy. Her work emphasizes natural-looking results, safety, and treatments that support overall well-being—not just appearance.

Zoë Eby
Zoë is a licensed aesthetician with a genuine passion for skincare, beauty, and helping clients feel confident in their own skin. She believes that great skincare should be both effective and enjoyable, creating an experience that leaves you feeling refreshed, cared for, and glowing.
With a warm, personalized approach, Zoë takes the time to understand each client’s unique skin concerns and goals, thoughtfully customizing every treatment to their needs. From relaxing, rejuvenating facials to more advanced skincare treatments, she focuses on healthy, beautiful skin and natural-looking results.

With a strong background in the hospitality industry, he brings a refined, service-driven approach to Willow Wellness + Aesthetics, where every detail is thoughtfully curated to create a warm, elevated, and seamless client experience. His passion lies in helping individuals feel confident, supported, and cared for, while contributing to a space that prioritizes both results and genuine connection.
In his personal time, Jared enjoys being in the mountains, embracing the outdoor lifestyle that makes Teton Valley so special.
Medical Director
Kassie Olson, FNP
Kassie is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner who has been providing aesthetic injections since 2019 and is known for her personalized approach and natural-looking results. After completing her initial aesthetic training in Utah, she has proudly served patients throughout Teton Valley and Jackson Hole since 2020. In addition to her work in aesthetics, Kassie practices as an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner in the Emergency Department and Intensive Care Unit, bringing advanced clinical expertise, a commitment to patient safety, and an evidence-based approach to every aspect of care.
